At Tulecom we understand that it is essential to have an appropriate critical judgement of the needs of our support network, partners, and clients, and to be clear about the goals, objectives. processes, resourses, and abilities of the recipients to whom we offer our products and services.

We detect where there is a need and then analyse its surrounding context and the possibilities of its users; on this basis we then design a made-to-measure project that can fill this need, independently of the technology used. Furthermore, if we see that technology does not fill it, we say so.
